Membership

As a registered charity (SCIO) we rely soley on donation and fundraising as well as rasing money ourselves. We want our Shed to be accessible to all. However, due to the upkeep of our premises and for tools and other equipment, we have a £15 annual membership fee.

We also ask that members pay £2.50 per visit, which pays for tea, coffee and biscuits.

For a further £2.50, members can choose to have lunch, just let the kitchen receptionist know.

Anyone interested is invited to visit the Shed, spend a few days getting to know us, and then, if you like what you see, speak to one of the team on reception about applying to join.

Members are accepted by the Trustee Board after a period of getting to know each other.

Then you’re a fully-fledged Shedder!
